Internal project lead for the Projects, Time and Expense, and Procurement workstreams in the Workday Finance implementation; manages Empire Life’s delivery and day-to-day work with KPMG.
Managed KPMG’s Workiva improvements, automating most fund reporting and adding cross-checks across Empire Life’s funds.
Previously program manager for New Business and Retention, working across a $23M portfolio and its digital strategy.
Worked with Product and Actuarial to correct the QDIPC calculation method, estimated to stop roughly $2M a year in overpayments.
Led planning and testing for the Canada-wide plan-member portal and mobile app, and led the selection and implementation of ClaimVantage for life and disability claims.
